KLR University - a road to professional development
We believe that education is an extension of our commitment to our staff and closely parallels the development of our Firm.
A curriculum is developed each year to help keep our team in compliance with current laws and regulations; provide the practical knowledge necessary to perform their job with greater skill and effectiveness, and meet individual training and professional development needs.
Each team member is enrolled in courses selected by the team member and supervisor during an annual discussion about the person's career goals. Classes are held from May – August each year. A combination of outside speakers from local universities, specialized trainers and in-house senior level staff are chosen to lead our sessions.
