Thank you for visiting. RAP has been replaced by a new Terminal server. To connect, click the “Connect To Remote Access” button below.
In order to access the server, your computer must have the Terminal Server plugin installed. If the plugin is not installed, the button will be greyed out and you will not be able to click it. All you need to do is be patient. Within 30 seconds the plugin installation should pop-up. If not, look to the top of your Internet Explorer window for the security bar in case IE has blocked the installer.
Installing the plugin is easy. Just keep clicking NEXT and FINISH until you are done.Once it has been installed the “connect” button will become available.
Your username and password will be the same as your normal network credentials except that the username will have “klr” on the end of it. For example, if your name were “Random User” your username on the network would be “ruser”, for remote access it would be “ruserklr” (all in lowercase).
Additionally, you can reach our email server from here by clicking the “Check Email” button. Simply use your normal KLR network username and password to access the system.
