Providence, RI – December 2007 – Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. (KLR), the largest certified public accounting and business consulting firm in Rhode Island and one of the largest in New England, is excited to announce their merger with Daniel J. Ryan & Co., effective January 1, 2008. The combining of the firms will serve to broaden the resources and scope of services available and add additional talent and expertise to the team of professionals at KLR.
The merged firm will continue to be known as KLR and Daniel J. Ryan & Co. will be moving their offices to join KLR at their Providence Headquarters, effective January 1, 2008. In total, KLR will add 10 professionals to their staff as a result of the merger.
