KLR Newsroom KLR Collects School Supplies for Area Kids August 28, 2015 KLR believes that every child should have what they need in school. Many children start the school year with new notebooks, backpacks and pencil cases, but it's a different story for some children whose families cannot afford these items. KLR believes that every child should have what they need in school. KLR has designated August – Back to School Month with a school supply drive that will help students get what they need to start the school year right! From internal events, collections and the awesome kindness of our team, we hope to make more children excited to begin the school year. KLR will deliver school supplies to Child & Friend, Family Service of RI and Nashoba Learning Group.
