Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. Promotes Shirley Levin to Principal

Providence, RI – February 2007– Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. (KLR) the largest Rhode-Island based CPA and business-consulting firm, proudly announces the promotion of Shirley A. Levin to Principal in recognition of her continued efforts to better serve our clients and improve the firm.

Ms. Levin has been with KLR since 1983 and has had many roles within the Firm. She has been instrumental in the success and growth of the Firm. As Firm Administrator, Shirley has seen the Firm grow from 5 employees to 108, and has continued to accomplish strategic objectives for the firm. She not only assists the Partners in running the day-to-day operations, but manages to assist employees with their professional development in a mentoring, caring fashion.

Shirley is a graduate of RI College. She is a long-time member of the Association for Accounting Administration and Leading Edge Alliance, where she strategizes with major firms throughout the US on best practices within accounting firms. She resides in Narragansett with her husband Mitch.
