Claire will be speaking at the Global Finance & Banking session regarding Global Accounting Issues and Fred will be participating as a panelist on Navigating Cross-border Deals.

Claire Iacobucci is a frequent speaker on new technical pronouncements and annual accounting and auditing updates. Her experience includes depth in a variety of industries such as high-tech, precious metals, colleges and universities, real estate and construction as well as general manufacturing for both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Fred Corso, through the combination of his extensive professional experience and strong global network of local country advisors, provides practical insight and solutions that are tailored to the needs of each business. Working with both publicly traded and privately held companies in a number of industries; Fred has been heavily involved in cross-border structuring, planning and M&A transactions of various scope and complexity.
