KLR Leadership Program Earns National Award

KLR is excited to share that the Leading Edge Alliance (LEA) has honored the firm with a Leadership Development Award for their investment in growing and developing future leaders. KLR was honored at the recent LEA Global Conference in San Diego in front of 500+ professionals from leading firms across the country and around the world.

KLR’s Leadership Development Program was launched in 2017 and has evolved to become an award winning training program that has placed 30+ colleagues on track to become the next team of great leaders. KLR’s three tiered approach (Rising Leaders, Evolving Leaders and Emerging Leaders) aims to develop colleagues’ skills to ultimately help them become a partner in the firm.

As Lauren Amaral, KLR Senior Audit Manager reflects, “I’ve used the tools I gained over the past two years in the Leadership Development Program throughout the Firm, and during this time, I have realized significant improvements. These tools have been a big part of my success.”

Paul Nadeau, Senior Manager in KLR’s Private Client Service Group, and fellow participant in the firm’s Leadership Development Program shares, “This program has changed my thinking and how my values reflect my work.  I have learned to identify my strengths and how to leverage those strengths to be my best and motivate change.”

LEA is the 2nd largest international professional association of independently-owned accounting, financial and business advisory firms and presents awards annually to firms and their programs that have demonstrated clear and measurable results.
