KLR, a premier accounting and business advisory firm is pleased to announce four new Partners. Effective January 1, 2017, the four new Partners, located in the KLR Boston office are: Daniel Andrea, Yasmin Causer, Stephen Fay and Kenneth Freshman.

Meet our Boston Partners:
Daniel M. Andrea, CPA, CITP, CISA - Dan has over 30 years of public and private accounting experience. He has significant experience in the performance of forensic accounting and litigation support procedures, SSAE 16 (formerly SAS 70) and SOC examinations, internal accounting controls assessments, financial statement audits and information technology consulting services.
Yasmin Causer, CPA - Yasmin has over 20 years of public accounting experience advising high net worth individuals and their families in tax matters arising out of complex financial structures comprising of closely held businesses, various forms of trusts, family limited partnerships and private foundations.
Stephen Fay, CPA, L.L.M., J.D. - Steve has over 35 years of experience with a focus on audit, tax and strategic planning aspects of closely-held businesses and high-net worth families. He specializes in Partnership and S Corporation transactions and experience in the real estate, manufacturing, broadcasting and communications industries.
Kenneth A. Freshman, CPA, L.L.M., J.D. – Ken has over 35 years of tax experience in public accounting and private industry. He specializes in foreign businesses and individuals entering the US market as well as expatriate taxation.
