KLR’s Karen Rice, CPA Earns Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Designation

Karen Rice, CPA has earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Karen successfully completed the certification process with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts to earn her designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

To become accredited by NACVA, Karen was required to successfully complete an intensive training and testing process. An initial requirement to becoming a Certified Valuation Analyst is that the applicant be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in the state. The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts is a global, professional association that supports the business valuation, litigation support and fraud deterrence consulting disciplines within the CPA and professional communities.

Karen is a Senior Manager in the Tax and Business Valuation Services group at KLR where she specializes in providing comprehensive multi-state tax, business valuations, accounting and personal financial planning services to individuals and owners of closely held businesses.

Karen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
